Optimum settings with simple operations
For use with leak detection or liquid detection fiber only

With FX-301-F7 specifically for leak detection fiber (FD-F705) and FX-301-F specifically for liquid detection fiber (FT-F902), you can easily set the optimum conditions.
Easy to operate with individual / collective teaching mode
■Individual teaching mode (TEACH)
・FX-301-F7
The optimal threshold value can be set automatically simply by setting the MODE indicator to "TEACH" and pressing the jog switch.
・FX-301-F
After you select the liquid detection fiber, the optimum threshold level is automatically set by just pressing the jog switch.
■Collective teaching mode (ALL)
When the MODE indicator is set to "ALL", the optical communication function allows teaching to be carried out for all cascaded units. The optimum threshold
value can be set for each individual amplifier.
(Other settings for the main unit are simultaneously copied to all of the sub units.)
Optimal threshold value setting [FX-301-F7]

The threshold value is automatically set to -20 % of the incident light intensity during teaching so that stable leak sensing can be carried out. In addition, the threshold value can be changed to -15 % or -30 % of the incident light intensity.
Threshold value follow-up function [FX-301-F7]

The incident light intensity is checked at regular intervals and the threshold value is reset automatically.
* The factory default setting for this function is OFF.
Flashing function incorporated
If a leak is detected, you will recognize which fiber detects the leak at a single glance because the emitter will start flashing.
Easy maintenance, as main and sub units are identical

Both main and sub units utilize the same amplifier body.
This feature allows for easy mounting in the side-byside configuration. The main and sub unit functions are distinguished only by the proper use of 3-core main cable and the 1-core sub cable.
Moreover, by utilizing the same body for both main and sub units, inventory management and maintenance is simplified.
Long life and stable operational settings assure dependable performance
FX-301(P)-F and FX-301(P)-F7 are incorporated with our newly developed "four-chemical emitting element", which eliminates such LED performance deterioration. This new element results in stable incident light levels that can be maintained almost indefinitely.
